Order
Has my order been taken into account?
For each order placed you automatically receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
Where is my order ?
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email informing you that your package has been dispatched. This email contains the information needed to track the progress of your order.
What if my order is late?
We know how important it is to receive your order on time, especially if the order includes a special occasion item. However, victim of our success, we are sometimes overwhelmed, especially during periods of strong influence such as during sales, destocking, or holidays, but we do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package on time.
What if an item is missing from my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Cancellation :
We can cancel your order within 15 minutes of your purchase, this cannot be guaranteed! After this time we unfortunately could not cancel your order but you can return the items within 14 days if they have not been worn.
Change :
We are fast in processing and designing orders, so changes are rare. However, you can contact us to find out if it is possible to make a change. If your order has been shipped it is not possible to make any changes.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in France and in the EU. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of payment after choosing the country of delivery.
Returns
How to return an item?
If you wish to return one or more unwanted items, you must comply with the following instructions:
- You must return the unwanted item to us 14 days from receipt
- Items have not been worn or washed.
- The labels on the items have not been removed
Of course, you can try on an item like in a store, but please don't wear it. If the item you return to us is damaged, worn or in poor condition and therefore cannot be resold, we will not be able to refund you and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to bear the cost of delivery). All items are inspected upon return. To receive a full refund, all returned items must be unused/worn and must be in the same condition that you received them with their original packaging, with all tags still attached (e.g. shoes must be returned in the shoe box you received).
Do you trade?
We do not do exchanges, the means we advise in case of size or color problems and to make a return and recommend once the refund has been made.
What should I do if I received a faulty item?
First of all, we would like to apologize that you received a faulty item. So that we can help you, please quickly contact customer service by email (contact@sash0p.com) specifying the problem, do not hesitate to attach a photo. Since this is an error on our part, the cost of returning the package will be at our expense .
What if I received the wrong item?

When will I be reimbursed?
Please allow up to 10 business days for receipt of your returned package. During this time, you can check the tracking of the package you returned. Upon receipt of your package, customer service processes returns within 10 days . We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed in our warehouse. Refunds take 3-4 business days to post to your account.
Products
What to do when a product seems out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address on the product sheet to be notified when the item is available again. We do our best to add restocking often. You can also follow our social networks to be notified of restocking of the week.
How do I select my size?
Under each product, you have a box that allows you to choose your size. If not, the item is one size. We put an indication in the description section under the product to indicate which size the one size fits.
Codes and promotions
How can I get a promo code?
In general, our promo codes are visible on the website. You can also receive our promotions via our newsletter. Do not hesitate to also follow us on our social networks where we regularly announce our promotions.
How can I use my promo code?
To enter your promo code, go to the payment page and click on " Do you have a promo code" A new box will appear and you can type your code in this box, exactly as it was given to you and without spaces. Then click on " Add " Don't forget to check that the promo code has been applied before confirming your order.
What can I do if I forgot to use my promo code?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to manually add the discount. Rest assured, this discount can be used on your next order if it is still valid.
The promo code is not working, what should I do?
You may have made a typing error. Check that the code has been correctly applied. If it is not a typing error, the promo code may not be valid on the products or category. This is because some codes can only be applied to a specific category and most codes have an expiration date.

Is my payment information secure?
All payments by credit card or PayPal are very secure.
When will I be debited?
If the payment is accepted, your account will be debited within 24 hours after clicking on "Validate your payment"
